The apartment will be delivered fully furnished and equipped with everything currently used by the manager for short-term rental activity. As you can see by clicking the link on the photo — which redirects to the main international platforms (Airbnb, Booking, and Expedia) — the properties are fully equipped and ready to be lived in, whether for short or long stays.

Of course. After the purchase, you will be free to use the apartment as you wish — as your home (renouncing the rental income indicated in the description) or by managing it yourself. If you prefer, you can also keep the existing management agreement active.

If you are interested in generating rental income from the property, you can choose to maintain the agreement with the Property Manager who has managed the apartment up to the time of your purchase. It is a free, annual, and renewable contract.

From the moment you officially acquire ownership of the property — that is, once the sales agreement is signed — you will begin to receive bank transfers for future stays in your new apartment. You will also be credited with all amounts already collected for upcoming stays, including deposits, down payments, or full payments in the case of non-refundable bookings already in place at the time of purchase.

After the purchase, you will have full ownership of the property and can coordinate with your Property Manager to arrange owner stays.
