I am Anna Lisa, Founder and CEO of Anna Lisa Francoglio Property Manager. I manage real estate properties – chosen by me with extreme care – which I dedicate to short tourist rentals in Livorno.
This work comes from a passion that I have been cultivating for a very long time, and that only recently I decided to transform from dream to reality. Since I was a child I have been interested in furniture and homes: in my opinion they must and can convey emotions, beauty and comfort. At the same time I have always loved traveling, moved by the curiosity to discover new places, people, cultures and ways of doing.

The management of real estate properties for short tourist rental seemed to me the best way to create a balanced combination between the enhancement of the territory on the one hand and the creation of non-hotel accommodation facilities aimed at tourism on the other.

So here I am, ready to manage selected properties with attention to the smallest detail to offer a unique experience of hospitality to tourists or visitors to Livorno and Tuscany. On the one hand, making guests feel welcomed as if they were at home, generating income for property owners on the other: these are the goals that I set myself every day.

We cater to couples, groups of friends, lone travelers or families who travel and stay for work, vacation or any other reason.

Every guest who chooses to make use of our services is a challenge for us to do our best to make their stay an unforgettable experience.

The property will be turned over with all the furnishings the property manager has been using for short-term rentals. All Buytorent properties are already holiday homes and are active on the market, as you can see by simply clicking on the image to be redirected to the main international booking sites (Airbnb, Booking & Expedia). Each home is handed over decorated and outfitted, ready to be lived in for short or long periods.

The contract with the Property Manager is an annual renewable contract. After purchase you are free to keep the management contract or to end it: in this way you would be managing the property directly or saving for your personal use, however you will be waiving any revenue you see in the property listing description.

As soon as you sign the contract giving you the rights over the property, you’ll start receiving deposits for the future stays at your new home already in the calendar. In addition to this, all the security deposits, down payments or full payments present at the time of acquisition will be transferred directly into your account.

After the acquisition, you’ll be in full possession of the property. In arrangement with the property manager, you’ll be able to use your property for 10 days a year with a notice of at least a month, if not previously agreed otherwise with the property manager.
